No, it can’t, now that nl has been tagged with value, no cfg can escape unless nl teams update it 
been using NL (safe modeon) legit only on Dust2/Mirage (competitive and DM mode only are my favorite) on my non prime account… and still completely get stomped by Deagle/R8 revolver/Scout enemy, always headshot with no scope from 10km away through walls for 13 rounds. Interested in subscribing/buying your config. I see some options in your posts. What would you recommend? and advised? dont want to get vac live after round 1 as much as possible.
I strongly advise you not to use nl, the current version. Because as long as it uses rage, your account may be banned. If you really want to use rage, you can purchase the cfg of semi rage, but it has the risk of being banned. Or to say, nl is completely unsuitable for use on high-value accounts at present. I recommend you to buy memesense. It’s cheap and low-risk. I got 30,000 elo using meme
