The Overwatch/Patrol is given out to Trusted parnters, which as of right now, isnt many, people, so this early on there is nothing to worry about, since there is a lot of requirements to achieve PATROL/OVERWATCH, it works like the old in csgo, but with a minor twist, if the reported field (example: Wallhack), is chosen by reporter, the person watching the game can only vote if the person has that form for cheat or not
