hi i have the hwid probem cause i changed cpu mother board ram and re installed windows the problem is that zobolotony decided that id why he will no reset it so he declin all my tickets and i made a custom ticket with all buy order proof the he decided to ghost it , can an othre admin rest it plz , i paid 30 days i used 1 and there i only 20 left they maid me pay for nothing cause i waisted 9 days

u probably lying ! they see ur ip when u enter site ! if its different to the one u normally buyed nl it will decline all off the request ! same happened to me
