# Is something happening with tickets section?

Is something happening with tickets section guys? I don’t think is normal to have already 4 days since my account ‘kwnx’ was stolen and nobody help in tickets section even with all the proof that i’m the owner.  
Don’t get mad, but for 30 usd per month, the response in the ticket section should be nearly instant …
