# My neverlose can't be started

My neverlose can’t be started. I shut down the firewall and uninstalled the antivirus and anti cheating that might prevent the service from starting,

Open a ticket and detail your situation. I had a similar issue in the past, and the support team sent me a lot of useful infos to help me debug my injection problem.

After I reinstalled the system, it worked normally, but I couldn’t inject it again the next day. I still show this.

Try to use a vpn on injection, this worked for me
