Well done preview. The idea itself doesn’t make sense, but with the features besides the “Friends” tab itself, it would be pretty unique and cool.

Nice concept man, a excelent idea 
I really do enjoy and appreciate the idea, however there is downside to it. Maybe you face a friend, maybe you seek enjoyable legit game (MM). What if you notice trough friendlist etc, that opponent is neverlose user, can you just ignore it and play normally as you would in “legit” or would you consider rage settings from the start? Interesting issue indeed, but still awesome idea overall! HvH and other practises would become somuch easier along the config, tip, trick etc sharing.
As forums has the most info and knowledge regarding the software, so do some of the users. Trough friendlist and messageboard “in-game / friendlist” many normal / common questions are answered before it hits on forums. I dont doupt it would make forums any less neccessary, but i would keep things nice and tight.
