Multiple programs.
I usually only use Adobe software, so that’ll be Photoshop & Aftereffects in this case.
I work with their other software as well, though this is the one I saw fit for this.

I wanted to make some for a long time. Just recently have I started working on one, I still have the project file. Though I am unable to use AE anymore. [Aftereffects]. I am only able to use Photoshop at the moment due to a driver issue my PC is having. I just generally need to buy a new computer.
