If you change one, you will change the other to the same value

  - Active = Player is visible to the cheat.

  - Unknown = Player's location is not known.

- Added Faster Buy Bot (purchases the same tick as the round starts, only works on community servers)
- Added Include Username to Chat Reply (Format: "{sender}: {message}"
- Fixed Chat Reply to work in Matchmaking
- Fixed Buy Bot to work in Matchmaking
- Fixed Bugs with Delays in Script (different delays was overriding and therefore didn't work properly)
