About the update of NL and the return of Rapid Fird, I have some ideas and experience in using
On 2/17, the NL update we’ve been waiting for all week finally came back, along with Rapid Fird, and a few less obvious updates 
I don’t know much about the principle of Rapid Fird, but I think it is like preheating a gun and firing it all at once, and firing too much for a long time may not hit the target anymore, so we have to cool it down a little bit. 
You can experience opening Rapid Fird by yourself, it will draw a charge bar at the target. After careful observation, I found that it seems that the normal shooting time of the gun is compressed into a one-time firing. The length of this charge bar is related to the rate of fire and the amount of bullets and the shooting interval of each gun, which you can see in my picture
So, in my cfg I set it up with a button to start and close, you can think of it as a super DT, just like the DT in CSGO
Also, I updated my CFG and will reprice it to 1NLE tomorrow, but tonight you can still get it for free, I have updated it and made great adjustments, it contains 4 cfg with MM HVH legit
