I really need some help. My email provider got hacked recently and I lost everything. Because of the security breach, I logged out from all my active sessions everywhere, including Neverlose.
The problem is, I honestly can’t remember my exact username and since that email is gone/deleted, I’m stuck. I still have about 27 days left on my sub and I don’t want it to go to waste.
I have my payment proofs and I’m still using the same PC (HWID). Can you please let me know what info you need from me to prove the account is mine and get it back?
