Application Error 0xc000007b

Hello, please help me. When I want to run the program, I get an error (0xc000007b).

I tried to download a new loader, advise the same problem.
I tried reinstalling Microsoft visual c ++ studio. But it doesn’t work.
I turned off the anti virus, still doesn’t work.

I handed the ticket, but after 24 hours no one answers me.
