I’m seeing a lot of differing statements about beta access. Mostly people saying anyone is eligible and others saying only if you have a sub you are able to be selected. I was hoping for some clarification on this.
If you do need a sub for access is the only way to get a sub for cs2 through resellers before gaining beta access?

I just had a ticket answered by staff, was told you need a frozen cs2 sub to be eligible for access. Now I’m just trying to find a reseller that does cs2 subs. Although they all only say csgo.

I understand I need to wait for access and that’s fine. But as I also said, I was told by staff that you need a cs2 frozen sub to be eligible for beta access. However, I have not found there to be a way to get a sub for cs2 without beta access unless I’m missing something.
So u need to buy cs2 sub from a reseller?
From my understanding the only way to get a cs2 sub was through the separation of the csgo and cs2 subs which happened a month ago. If a csgo sub is purchased now it does not duplicate to cs2. So unless you had a sub when that happened you may be out of luck. Who knows tho. I could be wrong.
Also resellers aren’t selling cs2 subs so there is no way to gain one at the moment.

Well it seems to be the case of needing the frozen sub to be eligible. I have no idea how to get a sub though after the separation of csgo and cs2 subs. Resellers don’t have them and it’s not available on the sub page.
