all of the scripts you cannot run are using deprecated classes and need to be updated before they will load, your internet speed has nothing to do with it .

use your brain and read the console for errors in the script

look in your console and you will see an error message why it’s crashing.
it’s not really useful for you but you can let the lua creator know and maybe they will update.
there is no possible way to fix this issue unless the lua is open source and you fix it yourself or the lua creator updates it.
to find out if a lua was updated you can go on the market page of the specific lua and look on the right for a recent changelog.
