I haven’t been able to buy a sub or NLE using normal payment methods for a long time. The only thing I can suggest is either A) using a reseller (which comes with additional fees) or B) buying some bitcoin and using that to pay. I use Coinbase for that, but you have to verify your ID, so if you’re below 18 it may be more of a challenge.
exactly after this new payment method u can only go to resellers and only crypto. but if you dont have crypto wallet or ur basicly just under 18 its impossible to get nl or nle so this is really messed up rn.
i really hope they will do something about this

If you have a phone number and a drivers license it will literally take 20 minutes with coinbase. 10 for setup, 10 more to wait for btc transfer. Only fees are from coinbase and EU credit cards work fine there. (Fee for 50€ is 2€ so you don’t have to pay the reseller fees).
Only CIS users can buy NLE.
