Crashing due to a lua

So i downloaded a lua that crashes my game and now every time when i inject neverlose my csgo crashes because the lua loads up automatically and i cant disable the lua rn , so what should i do?

Here you can delete the lua by heading towards scripts and clicking on the small trash bin.
