when i press load a pop-up window just appears saying “cs2 will launch automatically” and then it dissapears and nothing happens pls help i have little of sub left
Yea, it happens with me some times, looks like when there is some issue with internet or you lunch the loader again like you restarted the game and starting NL it becomes bit slow or nothing happens, Restart your system or log out and login again which will close all the processes and try starting again.

what system to restart like pc or steam ?
Yes, if you get error more then 3 4 times restart system or just with Alt+crtl+del sign out login back and try it. else restart will help.
for me when i load it first time i get this error and next time it loads.
