If you mean you can’t play with people, then the answer is simple: there are simply no official servers for playing CS:GO. But you can always open the in-game Steam overlay and find the globe icon in the bottom bar, click on it, and then on the blue magnifying glass in the upper right corner. There will be community servers where players play.
