How do you bypass vote kick?

Hi, I am cheating in casual to piss people off and people vote kick me and its annoying. How do i get around it

block steam connections when loaded into a match, you’ll see the rejoin button even after killing teammates and being kicked, but you will still receive a cooldown for killing teammates after the match is over. it will also randomly kick you.

install portmaster then find steam on active connections and when you are ingame you click block connnections
