how long do they take to respond for a ticket ive been waiting hours

For me it took exactly 1 day but idk about others. You can also say what your ticket contained it might be something that the community can help you with as well.

thanks but its a hwid reset, havent had nl in over a year and its not running on my pc

so im just trying to get it fixed
