Join cheating discords of popular youtubers like Bhop, you can always find people in there or hop into a hvh server and make friends with other users that is what I do

I found all my good friends in NonPrime. Just dont be toxic there and you eventually find some people.

Playing HvH is obviously the best way to meet other HvH’ers/cheaters. But if you want another way, usually just playing Matchmaking will allow you to find other cheaters, especially Wingman.
