This is only for windows 10 (I don’t know for windows 11)
Go to Check for Updates → View Update History → Uninstall Updates
from there look for this update called “Security Update for Microsoft Windows” there will be numbers in ()

then right click an uninstall afterwards restart your pc an it should fix the issue for you.
