How to fix rubber banding?

my ping is fine my var is fine I made an entirely new config with 0 scripts loaded and im constantly rubber banding on every server this had only started last week how do i fix this

Ping spikes caused of how far you’re from your router if you’re using wifi!

this is 99.999999% not on neverlose.cc’s end.

I think you need to download some more ram to fix the mainframe having caching issues.
