Many reports are circulating that the anti-cheat has received HWID functions since the last patch (all accounts used on the same PC are affected).
For example: If one of your accounts gets banned, all other accounts will be downgraded to red trust factor and will only find other cheaters, even your main account.
Is this true?
Water CS2 made a new video about this and other communities think so too.
This would make it insufferable to play legit on your own PC. (I think it also remembers old HWIDs used → HWID spoofers not so useful).

HWID (Short for Hardware Identification or hardware ID (unique number for your PC))

When did you get banned? (the update is like 1 1/2 days old)
And did you cheat on the same PC that you use for the other accounts? (So your main account legit one has no red trust factor?)
not banned red trust factor its like a shadowban you don’t see it but if you play you will be only in lobbies with cheaters like you

Yes the only way to find out is to play with someone with a good trust factor then this person will get a message when starting to search for a match. (In the top right corner in the chat)
i had like 10+ banned accs i didn’t cheat for like 2 months now i didn’t play much cs but i started again and my legit account doesn’t have red trust factor and i only get legit people with mics
So this does not mean anything, the Update with the HWID bans (red trust factor) is out for like two days, so if you get banned now the chance is your main gets a red trust factor.
I just want to know if that is true, but we will only know if you get banned in the future or you got banned yesterday.

just got vac banned (24h) because of my premade turn safe mode off and went crazy, relogged to second account and we didnt get any red trust or smth so idk

You can also check by activating looking for players and if you dont find anyone or just 1-5 players that is an indication.
Just to be sure when you used your second acc you did find legit players without cheaters?
(24h) = Cooldown or does it mean you got a permanent vac ban in the last 24h?
dont use same phone number on all accounts, if you use the same phone number all accounts will get banned if you get vac on one account

The problem is the new update if you get banned on one acc they may now give all your accounts a red trust factor. That is the problem.
I want to know if someone experienced that in the last 2-3 says since the update.
Pls if anyone got a perma ban in the last 2 days or now in the future text me if your main still can find normal lobbys or not.

One of my accounts got banned and I got in a game on my main with one hacker on the other team but he was closet cheating with some ass cheats. Idk if that means I’m hwid but I played a couple games of wingman after and didn’t get one cheater so I don’t think that’s happening.
