This is completely BS and has affected many others. I had requested to reset my HWID as I got a new computer, keep in mind I have done this before when I got my last computer and there were no problems at all. With this new update lots of people are getting denied that are completely innocent and id like to know why. Yes I know people have been account selling but denying this many people come on NL.
with that in mind PLEASE RESET MY HWID
I’ve played yesterday on MY PC, and everything was fine, went to sleep wake up trying to inject it says [Error 62] Invalid HWID, please request a HWID reset on our website.
I go submit ticket for hwid reset since no components was changed, nothing was literally changed (maybe ip because of vpn/proxy but i dont see how that would be a problem at all???)
And now i wait 8 hours for response and they tell me “Shared Account” ??? What do you mean account shared when IM ON SAME PC!!!

Got the same prob, same ip, specs, everything. Just logging on randomly to me needing my hwid reset. I make a ticket and it got denied, even though none of my info has changed, and none of my account information has changed in years. Can only hope this gets resolved soon
My first request was denied second was accepted the 2 main things what i changed was i provided more details why I bought the pc provided them a picture of old pc and new pc for example like this
It would be nice if they could provide i reason of the hwid reset deny but its neverlose try doing that maybe it would help

i never use spoofer, and i test with my injector for fiveM and work. same LAPTOP.
but when i use injector NL after first use, i invalid HWID.
and then i create ticket for reset HWID, request denied and response tell me “shared account”

same here, some bs going on ngl they say “Shared Account” but im literally on same pc, IP might’ve changed due to VPN/proxy tho im not sure if they allow that
aint no way they care about same IP… thats silly. dynamic IP is a normal thing for ISPs in my country. You literally have to have a business connection for static IP that or u are CGNat
