I recently bought NL and used it yesterday, but I was can’t control Legit mode only Rage mode, and I thought there is something wrong.
I gave my account to my friend to try it out, maybe it will work. But I didn’t realize that it is not allowed.
What can I describe in the Ticket to reset my HWID successfully?
Just tell them what happend, a friend used your launcher now you get the “invalid HWID” thing, it can take between 24-48 untill it gets approved.
Thanks. My HWID got approved. Now, why Legit mode is not working and says under update?
sadly, neverlose currently does nothave a working legit bot.
My HWID request is still not approve , already 24 hour 
it takes 24 to 48 hours, also you need to give them a decent reason / proof otherwise your HWId reset will be denied.
