Hey,

Why is my reset request being rejected? I cannot use the application. My purchasing days are wasted, why not fix it? what’s the problem? There is a problem and it needs to be fixed, I get an error When I start running the application, it gives the error “Request HWID reset” and you reject my request? Please help or let me know how I can fix it.

Hello, to reset your HWID, you need to go to your personal account and click on the “reset HWID” button there.
