The only thing I can do for you, is give you some heads up to instantly log in to the new machine while you are in your house before you go to vacation, and open a ticket saying that you are going on a vacation, like this.
"Hello. I logged in to the new machine, because I’m going on a vacation for X days/weeks/months/years.
