Hwid reset taking ages

Is it normal to wait 24hrs+ for a hwid reset haven’t used nl since 2024 since then iv got a whole new pc made a ticket for a reset yet no one gets back to me this is stupid

Have the same issue. Hwid used to reset within hours. Now taking forever.

That’s so horrible you buy a sub that isn’t cheap and they don’t reset hwid, it’s not like it’s a private cheat or anything so stupid

I mean,

I would say that there are very limited staff members doing hwid resets- and quite literally is hard to sort through thousands of requests.
