The best possible way to fix this issue is to completely reinstall windows. It fixed the issue for a lot of people
You should also launch the game with -autoconfig Launch options
Additionally i recommend doing one of these
- Reinstall the required software:
- DirectX: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=35
- Visual C++: Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads | Microsoft Learn
- Reinstall the loader and restart your PC.
- Check if your drivers are up to date. If not, update them.
- Reinstall windows
- Disable real time security in windows settings
- Launch the loader as administrator and the game with -autoconfig launch options
