Did anyone have this problem? Any real fix for this?

I have Windows Defender is OFF, the latest security update I have is KB5032189 (which I can’t delete)

I am getting this error when I am trying to run the cheat:

in search of Windows write: cmd 2. copy this: wusa /uninstall /kb:5032189 3. press enter

I have tried that already too, it doesn’t work, can’t delete that update.
And if I install the latest update (KB5033372), then delete it, the system will still install the (KB5032189) update automatically again (I assume that is because it is the previous one)
