Issue, unable to inject however the loader is working fine but doesn’t open steam and while opening game manually it still doesn’t load

I have a problem today
When I start the cheat, Steam automatically exits and cannot be opened anyway. I cannot open Steam unless I close the cheat in the task manager.
I restarted many times and still can’t solve it. I don’t know why.
It used to be normal, but even if I re-downloaded NL, it still doesn’t work.
Always shown as suspended
