My HWID reset request does not get approved nor do i get any info on what i need to show as proof that the acc is mine

Now after a while my hwid request is still not granted. as the ones in charge see it i am not the genuine owner of this account and are not willing to help me prove that i am which i am more than prepared to do by any means necessary. if nothing comes out of this thread i only have the choice to make a new account and spend time and money on what i had on this account or completely just go to another provider or whatever. this incident has really influenced my opinion of the integrity of this cheats staff and i am honestly disappointed in how ignorant they can be.

my problem is that my hwid is tied on my pc and it says that i have a wrong hwid, i write to the hwid reset, and staff denied my request.
