so far my HWID reset requests have been rejected 3 times by the same person. in my last request i wrote that i do not understand what im failing to prove and left my discord so that he could contact me or hell he could even msg me on the forums. it annoys me that i dont even get any information as to why the request has been rejected nor what i need to do to get it accepted. it is most upsetting that when paying for a product and enjoying it, the experience has to be dragged down so far by such a simple matter which could be resolved by the one in charge of those resets may be a bit more forthcoming. because this annoys the crap out of me.

This is the most detailed HWID request I have ever seen. If this request is getting denied I have no idea how they want the requests done so I think the only option is that the staff member hates you.
I ended up doing it this way because I thought that perhaps they are that strict with how detailed they want it. Even though i put like 30 min of work into it just because I needed to find every single spec on both pcās and even then it didnāt get through. I didnāt hang out the administrators Profile pic or name in the case that it may could be interpreted as something offensive and thus getting me banned or so. i concurr that it might seem like that mod really doesnt like me or just doesnt do his job.
my hwid just changed(i think, idk exactly it just says āinvalid hwidā) out of nowhere and ive had a request in for a bit now and everyones saying the staff either arent responding or are denying them D:

as funny as it may seem i think you got a point. still its just so low to differentiate the decisions you make about others based on their ārankā or status. and spoilers ahead, thatās the same dude that denied me the hwid reset.

also did you change your location since the last time you used your old pc?
also heres what can do: upload photos (imgur.com) or videos (streamable.com or youtube) with both your old computer and new computer and send in the hwid reset request. saying your old specs donāt prove absolutely nothing.
yes i did change my location ā i wrote that i moved. but i have my old pc with me. so you tell me i just have top set them up next to each other and launch the loader on my laptop while filming ? that would be a good proof but i dont really see the logic between that and the screenshot that @onionboy posted where he literally got his reset from one sentence and me that wrote half an essay didnt acheive anything. anyway i will do as you suggested because it actually makes sense that just writing the specs doesnt prove much so yeaā¦ i will let you know if it succeeds or not. thank you in advance.
because he probably didnāt change his location plus being a invited user donāt make hwid resets easier, in fact it should be harder because invited accounts are somehow āvaluableā.
When you change your location + your computer that is a red flag for an account being sold.
ticket created, i mentioned the same specs as in my previous ticket but i also recorded a video where i have both pcās on my desk and where both were logged into my account and hence there only have been two pcs logged into my account there is no humanly possible way that this account and those pcās arent mine. now ill just have to be patient and wait (edit) - i also started the launcher and logged onto the pc while the other one was logged in too which prompted the other pc to log out as the other one logged on.
can somebody tell me what problems this mod has with me? and is there any way i can report that or is it within his right to continuously deny HWID reset requests in any fashion he wants because it gives him somne kind of arousal or what. @legendifx @onionboy
No, joining nl discord and messaging any of the staffs (not discord moderators) usually works for me but iām not sure if that will help in your case.
