I even deleted csgo and downloaded from scratch but still the same, loss after 40-80% when playing NL.
Loss = Packet Loss, this would be a connection issue with your internet and the server, if you have bad wifi, this could very well happen as with saving and loading cloud saved settings, it draws bandwidth very quickly, which can cause a massive spike if you have slow wifi. 5mbps and above should have very little issues if any, if you’re slower than that, I dont know what to tell you.

I just threw that out, as that would have been your problem if you have poor internet connection. As you have quite fast connection, genuinely not sure why you’re having issues with this. What luas are you using? That may be an issue if its poorly optimized or something of that nature.
