Hey everyone, I’ve noticed a massive spike in issues when running NL without safe mode recently. Same configs I’ve been using for months, but now it’s almost impossible to stay on a server for more than a few rounds without getting hit by that damn “VAC can’t check your PC” error. And if that wasn’t enough, it seems like the VAC ban rate is through the roof lately.
VAC Kicks:
Happens way more often now, even with configs that were perfectly stable before.
Feels like VAC has either updated their detection or is just being overly aggressive with certain modules. Maybe it cause of CS2 Product Update (05.12.24) (sv_quantize_movement_input fix)
Increased Ban Wave:
Noticed way more people in the community reporting bans, even from private accounts.
Configs Don’t Help:
Tested multiple premium and free configs. No difference. Seems like it’s not about settings but something deeper in how NL interacts with CS2 post-update.
Safe Mode:
Running in safe mode helps a bit, but it seriously nerfs functionality and is honestly not a viable option for most users.
Questions for the Community:
Anyone else experiencing this sudden spike in VAC kicks with NL?

Yeah, no VAC detection with safe mode enabled, but let’s be real — safe mode neuters half the features that make NL worth using in the first place. It’s like buying a sports car and being told you can only drive it in reverse.
The point is, without safe mode, NL is borderline unusable right now for anyone not wanting to risk constant VAC kicks. Sure, it’s “safe” if you want to play with watered-down functionality, but if you’re relying on legit configs or anything beyond basic tools, safe mode is a complete joke.
The real question is: how long are we supposed to sit around waiting for a proper fix? Running everything in “baby-proof” mode just isn’t sustainable if they’re charging premium prices.
recently came back to NL again since latest update i mean from past 15 days. Most of the MM matches i played using Non prime and turning off safe mode. But none of my accounts faced any kicks or banns till now. initially i faced issue where none of the config were working but suddenly after NLs recent update all configs seems working very well.
what i observed is for me even am on low ping like 7 and enemy with 60 ping used to get hit first and mine missing… it was same when i played few months back…
even in HVH servers i faced same issue and noticed that is dsync sometime either on server or my internet that was causing issue. another thing while playing hvh i did minor changes in confs and suddenly all working cool.
so whenever i am on ping from 7 to 40 i use low history and delayshot on with mindmg on while hitting that worked actually. over 50 ping i use medium or low only. even i could not hit a single shot in HvH servers just yesterday i played 6 7 matches and all time i got 30 40 kills even with free configs. against skeet it worked well.
recently after update facing this internal issue load cheat again but loading NL again 2 3 times solves the issue…
try to make some changes and see how it works. better to test ur configs in Hvh servers with trials n errors and ull find ur optimal settings.
