I bought 15 NLE with btc. But its underpayment. I guess it is handling fee issue that made it under required amount. Can anyone in staff check this for me? If the amount i paid for is less than 15NLE, can you just adjust my NLE amount to what I paid for even its under 15NLE? im sure it wont be less too much. btw no one reply email.
