Been trying to connect but seem to be having this prob. prior to this I was having access denied via web browser too.

try using cloudflare WARP https://one.one.one.one/
launcher should be back,. they are still recovering from ddos attacks so that is probably why. try redownloading the launcher
it don t work for me
