I just recently made a few big upgrades to my pc and now I can’t seem to get my hwid reset approved. I’ve been denied my reset 3 times now. I keep adding more details to it but staff doesn’t care enough to tell me what I’m missing. If anyone could give me some suggestions on what I could add or improve that would be greatly appreciated.

I upgraded my Motherboard from an Asus H170 Pro to an MSI MAG Z690 Tomahawk and my cpu from an Intel i7 6700 to an i7 12700kf, also added an old gpu I had sitting around. Below I’ll link pictures to confirm purchases and show you my pc with my old motherboard next to it. If this isn’t enough or there’s something specific I’m missing PLEASE tell me what I need to add. Why do they tell me to write a description if they’re gonna deny it with no context unless I leave a video… I don’t understand why they make this so fucking difficult
don’t worry, there is an old man at the support, most likely he does what he is told or what he wants, and I am in the same situation I have a few more days and the license expires, however no older admin answers because I think that old man from the support must be removed from the neverlose community, you can show him pictures in vain, I don’t know what to say, he is old and he doesn’t know how to look. But I will never buy for this job again and I do not recommend buying, go to Onetap there you reset to hwid when you want

Yeahh… I’ve lost 75% of this months sub over this bullshit and I already know there’s no hope of a refund. Looks like I’m switching back to OT bc atleast their staff isn’t gonna try to rip me off and waste my time
