Verify your game files . right click csgo>properties>local files>verify integrity of game files.
Open the game after and see if it fixed it
or Check this out, it worked for me. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\platform\shaders\fxc and locate that file name “vertexlit_and_unlit_generic_vs30” and delete it. Then verify game cache.
