It has come to our attention that there are lots of fake resellers and scammers. They will usually respond to threads in offtopic category or create one there, advertising unofficial reselling services, which is mostly just a scam.

This is the main reason why we have decided to delete the “Pre-sale questions” category and create a special category for our official resellers only:

Please purchase our products only through them. Neverlose is responsible for official resellers only.

You can also report unofficial reselling on our forums through ticket section or the report feature near the thread.
