You too got scammed by neverlose. I’ve been wanting this for three days. I told them about my system. I posted the bill for the new system and photos of the parts of my new system, even the Whatsapp conversation that I had taken the system, but they continued to refuse.

did you change your internet?
mayby only ip changed cuz dynamic ip but the same location

IP does not in any way cause HWID problems.
To add onto it I had to request a HWID reset a couple weeks ago because of a newly installed component in my PC and they handled it with ease. Took less than 24 hours to complete and got compensated for the time lost.

i did everything for HWID reset. I sold my computer and bought a new computer and I can’t use the cheat because of the HWID. Although I uploaded the whatsapp conversations, invoice and pictures of the computer parts I purchased the system, my HWID reset request was denied and the HWID reset ticket was not closed for 3 days. Therefore I cannot create a new hwid reset ticket. I also shared the whatsapp conversations that I sold my old system, but I did not receive a positive response in any way. what should I do?

A HWID reset can take up to 24 hours. If you have already done this, wait patiently, complaining will not speed the process up.
