Unfortunately, you can’t use a Steam USD gift card to buy cheats like Neverlose. Steam has strict policies against cheating, so using gift cards for that purpose is against their rules.
Even though the thread is from spring 2024, things are pretty much the same now: a Steam USD gift card only works within the Steam ecosystem, you can’t use it directly on Neverlose. I ran into the same issue when I had a USD card and wanted to buy a subscription outside of Steam.
The solution was to sell the card instead of activating it on my account. I used NOSH, entered the Steam gift card code, got the equivalent amount in cash, and then paid for Neverlose with a payment method they accept there. Basically, you use the gift card as a source of funds, not as a direct payment method.
