Still rapid-firing even with safe mode on

Safe mode is enabled and rapid fire is disabled, however I notice when I shoot bullets randomly I still rapid fire.

To reproduce: turn on ragebot and shoot whatever gun you’re holding.

yep even if u use empty config same issue. It is probb a bug
