I’ve installed everything from visual c++ from 2015 to 2022, all the dlls (mvscp140.dll and xinput1_3.dll), updating .net framework and even the directx end user runtime. nothing worked. Spent 3 hours to make the loader to work but no result. Does someone have a different option?

give it a try with your anti virus off (mainly realtime protection) and try again.
