Safe Mode is initially enabled in the config. To disable it and unlock all features, go to misc → features.
It is very important to change all keybindings to fit your buttons, or play with mine. A lot of settings are tied to one key.
This cfg is made for premier mode and has not been optimized for HVH servers that have disabled nospread.
