There are more than enough free configs for every cheat and if the cfg is like 10$, it´s just unnecessary.

It’s kinda a waste of money. You can find the same performance free config on forums, maybe even better! If you can’t find any good config at all, then try to buy one, but I still don’t recommend.

I think only really good players should sell them otherwise you get a bunch of scammers and nn’s selling Dog Sht cfgs for like 20$

It depends on who you ask, but my opinion is that it’s fair and some people can sell their configurations to other people if they really have a good one. And you also won’t really get a really good config for free tho.

I tried a lot of “private” cfgs, spent like 150$ for cfgs and believe me I found free cfg which is much better that those “private”. It’s such a waste of money.
